  I visited today and was highly satisfied with a particular member of staff under the name of Claire C that was attentive immediately as soon as I got to the till. However she was under alot of pressure with the high volume of customers coming in at the last minute to complete till transactions all on her own. There was another guy present which helped out inbetween but she seemed to do all the hard work more or less herself! She definately needs a huge pat on the back for the effort she made with all those demanding customers knowing full well she was completely solo on the till! Poor girl was desperately in need of more staff! I on the other hand wasn't in any rush luckily but was in need of a rather pricey purchase which she could of done with going ahead based on her product knowledge.. She convinced me on the nursery furniture which influenced me to buy.. luckily she did her very best to keep me keen and told me that she will be with me once these other small items had been purchased from other customers! She was so desperate to serve me but less staff stopped her from doing so because she had to use her Mac which kept failing on her to complete my full details. I was very satisfied as I got a further discount of 10% and also free delivery! Was very chuffed and walked out of the shop with a smile on my face! Very good product and very attentive staff member!
