  I purchased a 9 ct Gold Anklet on 04/08/2015 at 10.16am however the product is faulty and I have just tried to return it to the above address only to be accused and pointed at by the supervisor Rachael, and to be told that I had damaged the product myself. This has been a horrific experience for me and hope never to experience it again. I feel the Supervisor Rachael had no respect and she was also very unfriendly with my Husband when he took the product to her yesterday for advice yet she made the same accusation and said the product had been purposely damaged.
