  No sofas for Christmas. Was told there was an 8 - 10 week wait for our furniture so wasn't expecting it till the end of January. But then I received a phone call a couple of weeks later saying they arrived early and demanded FULL payment immediately for delivery in a few days. So we paid and arranged for a charity shop to take our old sofas away. Come delivery day there was only one seat and nothing else. By asking for the full payment I was under the impression it would be the full order. Rang the store and Richard the manager very kindly offered a temporary refund until the remaining order arrived in January but I'd rather have somewhere for the family to sit on over Christmas.
