  This is my local shopping place and while it might not have the full range of things one might expect from its larger brethren it's large enough to have a good range of stock while still being small enough to find your way around easily. A recent refresh of the store has lead to the usual confusion as we shopping learn the new locations of our favourites. Both before and after this process the shop staff have been helpful aiding the lost and confused find what they're looking for.

  I usually like shopping at Morrison's but todays experience has made me think twice about shopping there. Firstly, I went to Customer Services to request a 50p refund of an offer that didn't show correctly on the receipt. The assistant knew about the error and had no problem refunding me. As I had been fasting (for bloods) from 10pm the night before, I decided to purchase a healthy breakfast " Super Scrambled Eggs". This consisted of egg, cherry tomato, spinach, pine nuts and a slice of wholemeal bread. 26 mins after paying, I was handed my meal. A minute later, I took it back querying where the pine nuts were. I was told they hadn't got any in store. Nobody had bothered to tell me this. I decided to complain, I left the meal, obtained a refund and left the cafe to buy some bananas. Not a single basket near the entrance despite this being the first thing that someone needs, if they don't have a trolley. I bought my bananas and left the Store. Very poor Customer Service so I have downgraded my rating to 2 stars!
